Summer is quickly coming to an end!  Where did it go????  I have had more calls on real estate in the past three weeks than ALL summer!  People love Atlanta and the areas surrounding Atlanta.  It is one of the 10 top cities to move to!  North Georgia is SO beautiful with so many incredible places to visit and enjoy living close to.  Your can drive to Atlanta or just enjoy the Mountains and small town living OR have both!!  There are some things that you can't replicate and a home or land is as unique as the person that is attracted to it.  Check out the featured properties and the blog.
